FAQ 

When are your commission open? 
I have 5 commissions slots each month and are taken on a first come first serve basis. They open on the 1st - 5th of each month or until full, whichever comes first. Some months they fill fast so it's best to get the request in early. For now these commissions are for REMAKES ONLY (see bottom half of this page for new details)

How can I tell if your commissions are full for the month?
See above or check the announcements section on the HOME PAGE to see if this months commissions are full. If they are closed it will read something like "Commissions: Closed/[Current Month]" - if it reads anything other than that chances are they are open and I forgot or haven't had a chance to update it. I try to be very good about keeping it up to date but sometimes I forget or am not fast enough before they're full.

What happens if I am request 6+?
I am just one person trying to stay organized and run a (very) small business. Unfortunately I cannot keep a running list for extra commissions. So, if you miss the first week or I'm full up, you are more than welcome to reach out again the next month!

How much do your commissions cost?
Since I am only offering remakes for now, the sets are as much as they are listed for on my site. Which essentially means no added design fees or anything like you'd get with custom work. I cant keep every listing shown on my site, so if you're looking for an older design and are unsure of the cost please reach out and I'd be happy to look up the price for you! 

How long does it take to get my commissioned dice?
From start to finish most of my commissions take between 1-2 weeks to get in the mail. I work solely on commissions for the first half the month so that I can get them out before working on my restock dice. I will absolutely keep you informed if there are any delays but with remakes it's usually a pretty straightforward process and I can get things finished in about a week and a half.

NEW POLICIES

Are you still offering custom work/designs? 
Unfortunately I am no longer offering custom designs for the foreseeable future. I’ve been doing about 3-4 custom designs a month for the last 3 years and I’m starting to feel the creative burnout. However, I will most likely open them back up in the future as they are something I enjoy doing when I’m not stressed out haha! 

So what do these commission slots offer then?
For now I will be offering REMAKES ONLY for commission slots. This means if you have your eye on a set and don't want to rush to grab it on restock day, you can have one made just for you! Or if you’ve been wanting a specific design that sells out quickly or hasn't restocked in a while, I am happy to make you one during my commission times as well.

What won’t you do?
With my commission slots being for remakes, there wont be any customization available. Specifically this means no color changes and no changes to the design. The set will be made exactly as you see it listed in my shop/or posted on my Instagram.

What if I want something other than a standard 7pc set? 
While I won't be offering any changes to color or design, I’m happy to increase/decrease the number of dice you want. For example do you want a full set of map dice with an extra d20. Definite yes! Do you just want 3d6 of fire dice? I can do that too! 

Am I limited to a single set for the commission slots? 
Not at all! I can absolutely take on larger orders if you're looking for multiple things. Depending on the size of the ask, I may have to give you a couple commission slots so please know approximately what your looking for when reaching out so I can plan accordingly :) 

Please also note, you do not have to add a phone number to the contact form. I will only respond through email. I just have no idea how to get rid of that section on the form
